Rosemary Oven Fries

These fries are so yummy, I just had to share. Even Peanut-the-picky-eater loves them!

Rosemary Oven Fries

5 red potatoes

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 tsp. dried rosemary

1 tsp. garlic salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Slice potatoes into 1/2 inch wedges

Whisk together remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Spread on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning every 15.
Remove from oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy!
